Alice Miller has created the Sandusky Sailing Club Summer Sailstice event which starts with a cruise from Sandusky, OH which will start with a sail across Lake Erie to Leamington Marina in Ontario.

The Sandusky Sailing Club was founded in 1932 on the shores of Lake Erie and today hosts the only all sailboat marina for 140 boats up to 40' in length. The club also has lots of dry-storage space for small boats and four hoists for launching. Active fleets at the club include Interlakes, Lasers, Thistles, Tatan Tens plus PHRF fleets.

There's very active PHRF and Tartan Ten racing out of the Sandusky Sailing Club including the JAM (Jib and Main) racing.

With its all sailboat marina the Sandusky Sailing Club is the perfect place to celebrate sailing.

Cruising members of the Sandusky Sailing Club will set off on an international sail to Canada for Summer Sailstice with many members continuing on during the long, warm summer evenings with a cruise up to Lake Huron.

We'll look forward to hearing about their Summer Sailstice celebratoin. We hope your club can join them.
