The winner of this year's Raft-Up contest is Devery Stockon of Owl Harbor in Isleton California. This year they hosted the Owl Harbor Marina Cruise Out at Mandeville Tip. Eight boats rafted up, shared food and made memories. Devery is a long time Sailstice participant and great ambassador for the Delta boating community. If you ever happen to be in the Delta, put Owl Harbor on your list. It is a magical marina, and a must stop in the area.
Devery wrote in to share this amount their Summer Sailstice:
"Seven sailboats, four power boats all with one goal - enjoy the weekend. Our marina's annual Summer Sailstice cruise out has always had a combination of boats, but this year, it was beautiful to see 7 sailboats tied up to the Neleh II, an Army T-Boat, that is always used as the "anchor boat". Just perfect!"
