The family friendly Barrachois Harbour Yacht Club in northern Nova Scotia, Canada celebrated the longest day of the year with eleven boats out and enjoying a beautiful day on the water. Although it didn't start out as a race, eleven boats heading the same direction can become the perfect excuse for a fun race of some sort! After a lovely day of sailing around Tatamagouche Bay and the Northumberland Strait between Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island the crew partied until the wee hours of the morning. They all agreed: To say a good time was had by all would be the understatement of the year, GREAT FUN! The Barrachois Harbour Yacht Club is located at Sunrise Shore Marina, way up in Nova Scotia, Canada! They are a casual, friendly group dedicated to boating enjoyment for all ages - perfect Summer Sailstice celebrators!
